At Lafferty Communities, nothing is more important than the health and safety of our guests, customers and staff. Because of that, we have taken significant steps to ensure that our homes remain a place of safety and comfort as we work to address concerns around COVID-19 together. We are being proactive by taking every precaution to provide the safest home shopping experience possible, whether it be on-site or online.
Because of the “shelter-in-place” restrictions that are now in effect in many of our community locations, Sales Office hours and policies will vary by community. Please contact your Community Sales Manager for more information on current procedures.
We have educated each Community Sales Manager on safety guidelines regarding their own personal health to ensure that all interaction with visitors is done with a healthy Lafferty team member. We thoroughly clean and sanitize our Sales Offices and Model Homes and have also increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting.
If you have recently traveled to a country the CDC has listed as Level 2 or 3, recently taken a cruise, or if you are experiencing symptoms, we ask that you postpone visiting one of our communities for 14 days.
